What Does SkySlope Cost in 2026? What We Know

SkySlope is the other default transaction-management platform in real estate — and unlike Dotloop, it does not publish its prices. Buying SkySlope means asking for a quote. Here’s what is actually known about SkySlope’s cost in 2026, what third parties report, and how to evaluate a quote-led platform without guessing.

The short answer

SkySlope does not publish pricing — it is quote-led, sold per brokerage on volume and configuration. Third-party reports have placed entry around ~$25/month for a starter tier, with per-user pricing at volume reported from $15/user (11–25 users) down to $7.25/user (50+). Treat those as third-party estimates, not a quote: the number you get will be yours alone.

Why SkySlope doesn’t publish (and what that means)

Enterprise transaction platforms often price per brokerage because what you’re buying varies: user count, transaction volume, compliance review, retention rules, integrations. The honest read is not “expensive” or “cheap” — it’s “unknown until asked.” The practical consequences:

  • You cannot comparison-shop from the website. Every competitor with a published rate card (Dotloop publishes; so do we) has a structural advantage in your evaluation just by being legible.
  • The quote reflects your leverage. Transaction volume, seats, and term length all move it — which is fine, but get the renewal price in writing too, not just year one.
  • Ask what’s included before comparing. Setup, training, compliance review, and document retention can sit inside or outside the number; a per-user figure without that context is meaningless.

Third-party figures above are from third-party listings checked August 2026; SkySlope’s own pricing page was not published at check time — confirm everything with SkySlope directly.

What you’re buying either way

SkySlope’s strength is transaction compliance and audit — enterprise-grade broker review, state-compliance libraries, retention. If your brokerage’s center of gravity is compliance at scale, that’s a real product. What it isn’t, on its own: a front office. Leads, follow-up, voice, recruiting, and client-facing e-signature branding live in other tools — which is how “transaction platform” becomes “another seat in a five-tool stack.”

The stack math to run instead

Whatever quote SkySlope sends, divide it by what it covers — then price the rest of the stack separately and add it all up. BrokerDIY’s pitch is that math: transactions, white-label e-sign, CRM, follow-up sequences, and voice AI as departments of one platform at published pricing. The honest side-by-side — including where SkySlope plainly wins on compliance depth at enterprise scale — is on our BrokerDIY vs SkySlope page.

Bottom line

SkySlope’s cost is a conversation, not a price tag. Ask for the quote, get renewal terms and inclusions in writing, and run the whole-stack number before you sign anything — that discipline matters more for quote-led vendors than for any published rate card.
