Dotloop is one of the two default transaction platforms in real estate — and unlike most of this category, it publishes its prices. Here’s what Dotloop actually costs in 2026, what each tier covers, and the math agents and brokerages should run before renewing.
The short answer
Dotloop’s published pricing runs $31.99–$34.99/month for individual Premium, $149/month for Teams, and broker plans from $199/month, with month-to-month or annual billing. Transaction management and e-signature are bundled — that bundle is the entire pitch.
The plans, line by line
- Premium — $31.99–$34.99/mo (published). The individual agent tier: unlimited transactions, e-signature included.
- Teams — $149/mo (published). Team-level compliance review and management on top of the core loop.
- Broker plans — from $199/mo (published). Brokerage-level compliance, reporting, and administration.

Where the cost curve bends
- You’re buying transactions + signing, not a front office. Dotloop runs the file; it doesn’t answer your leads, chase your follow-up, or run your recruiting pipeline. Teams that buy it expecting an operating system end up stacking more tools around it.
- Per-seat math at team scale. Premium per agent adds up before anyone notices; broker plans change the shape of the bill, not the existence of it.
- The brand on the signature moment. Envelopes carry Dotloop’s signing experience. If the most important click in your transaction should carry your brokerage’s brand, that’s a white-label question — Dotloop’s answer and ours differ.
The stack math to run instead
Price Dotloop alone and it looks reasonable — it is. The number that matters is the stack: transactions + CRM + follow-up + e-sign + voice, added up, versus a platform that includes them as departments. BrokerDIY includes white-label e-sign, transaction coordination, CRM, follow-up sequences, and voice AI under one roof at published pricing — and the honest side-by-side, including where Dotloop wins (compliance review depth, MLS and association integrations, sheer familiarity), is on our BrokerDIY vs Dotloop page. Bottom line
For an individual agent, Dotloop Premium at $31.99–$34.99/mo is fair value for transactions-plus-signing in one place. For a brokerage, run the whole-stack number before renewing — and get every quote in writing, ours included.
