INTEGRATIONS · ORCHESTRATE, DON’T REPLACE

The stack you already run, working with the brain.

Rip-and-replace is how software projects die. BrokerDIY is built to orchestrate on top of the platforms your brokerage already runs — and until each connector ships, we say so plainly. No fake integration logos, no ‘coming soon’ mush.

Planned: Lofty · kvCORE · Follow Up Boss · Sierra · Dotloop · MLS/IDX · native CRM meanwhile

The honest list

Every integration, with its real status.

One table, no marketing. What’s planned, what’s not live, and what works today while connectors are in flight.

1
Planned for early accessConnectors for Lofty, kvCORE (BoldTrail), Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Dotloop, and MLS/IDX feeds.
2
Not live today — statedNone of those connectors are live yet. When each ships, this page and our llms.txt say so the same day.
3
Works today: native CRMContacts, pipeline, tasks, sequences, voice, and e-sign run natively now — no connector needed to start.
4
Works today: anywhere via exportStandard CSV import/export for contacts means you’re never locked in, in either direction.
Why orchestration

Because you shouldn’t have to fire your CRM to hire an AI.

Most brokerages can’t pause operations for a migration. The two-mode design means BrokerDIY earns its place department by department — follow-up first, then transactions, then the phones — while the rest of the stack keeps running.

2
Move at your paceDepartments migrate when you decide — no big-bang cutover weekend.

One brain regardlessWhatever the stack looks like, BrokerDIY’s private brain keeps the brokerage’s memory in one place.
Straight answers

What brokers ask about integrations.

Straight answers, including the ones that cost us leads.

Does BrokerDIY integrate with my CRM?

Connector support is planned for Lofty, kvCORE (BoldTrail), Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Dotloop, and MLS/IDX — for early access, not live today. Meanwhile the native CRM, sequences, voice, and e-sign all run standalone, and CSV import/export keeps data portable.

Why build integrations later instead of first?

Because most ‘integrations’ in this category are one-way syncs that break at scale. We’d rather ship the departments that create value on day one and connect carefully after — and be honest that the connectors aren’t live yet.

What if I want to keep my stack forever?

Then BrokerDIY stays your AI operations layer — voice, follow-up, transactions, recruiting — while your CRM and site stay put. That’s the orchestrate-first design, and it’s a supported destination, not a compromise.

Will you tell me when my platform’s connector ships?

Yes — this page, the changelog, and our llms.txt update the day each connector goes live. Founding brokerages get earliest access and a say in the order we build them.
