Third-party guides report solo agents at roughly $499–$750 per month, teams commonly at $500–$1,500+ per month, and brokerage “Front Office” deployments at $1,000+ per month, with estimates running as high as $1,200–$5,000+. Reported one-time setup runs $500–$2,000. One notable exception: eXp Realty’s “CRM of Choice” program includes BoldTrail (alongside Lofty and Cloze) in its standard agent fee, per eXp’s own announcements — worth knowing if you’re an eXp agent reading this.
What drives a kvCORE/BoldTrail quote
- Users. Per-user pricing at team scale is the biggest multiplier.
- Which tier you are buying. The platform is sold in layers; the brokerage-grade “Front Office” bundle is where reported costs jump past $1,000 per month.
- Website and lead-gen packages. The IDX consumer website platform and lead generation are typically bundled or sold separately — ask which you’re getting.
- Setup and onboarding. Third parties report one-time setup in the $500–$2,000 range. It is quoted, not fixed, so negotiate it.
- Contract length. Annual commitments are common in this tier; ask what month-to-month costs if it’s available at all.

Run the per-seat math before the call
Before any demo, do the arithmetic the quote will not do for you. Take the reported solo floor of $499 per month and multiply by the seats you would actually license today, not the headcount you hope to have next year. Add the reported setup range once. Then divide by your closed sides over the last twelve months: that per-transaction figure is the only one that compares cleanly across platforms, and it is the number to bring to the negotiation.
