CALENDAR · THE WHOLE OFFICE’S WEEK

The week, all in one place.

A brokerage calendar shouldn’t be a blank grid everyone has to feed by hand. BrokerDIY’s calendar fills itself — showings appear the moment Anna books them, closing deadlines sync from the deal, and the office sees one honest picture of the week.

Voice-booked showings · deal deadlines · office-wide views · mobile

What lives on it

Every date that decides the week

Not a personal calendar with a logo — the operational calendar of a brokerage.

1
Showings and appointmentsBooked by voice agents or by hand — they land on the calendar attached to the property and the agent
2
Closings and contract deadlinesThe dates that actually matter, synced from the transaction — inspection window, financing date, closing day
3
Listing launches and marketing momentsGo-live dates and campaign moments planned next to the appointments they depend on
4
Recruiting and internal meetingsCandidate conversations and office events share the same week — because they compete for the same hours
How it fills itself

A calendar that books itself

The difference is who does the typing — and it isn’t you.

1
Voice bookings appear instantlyAnna books a showing at 6pm — it’s on the calendar, assigned and reminded, before the call ends
2
Deadlines sync from the dealContract dates and task due-dates flow onto the calendar as the transaction moves — no double entry
3
AI-scheduled follow-upsA lead says “call me next month” — the reminder appears on the right day, for the right agent
4
Changes propagateMove a closing, and the prep tasks, reminders, and marketing dates move with it
Run it your way

One calendar, every lens

Same brain, different views — built for the roles that use it.

1
By agent, by office, by dealAn agent sees their week; a broker sees the office’s — filtered without re-planning anything
2
On the phone, between showingsThe field view puts today first and lets you confirm or move with a thumb
3
Alerts before it mattersConflicts, gaps, and tomorrow-at-8am surprises surface early — and everything exports
Straight answers

Calendar questions, answered plainly.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Two-way sync with outside calendars is a connector question, and we publish connector status honestly on the integrations page rather than promising sync we haven’t shipped. What’s native today: the BrokerDIY calendar every department writes to, viewable in the platform and on mobile.

Who can see what on the office calendar?

Views are scoped per role and per team — an agent sees their own book, a broker or manager sees the office, and tenant isolation keeps each brokerage’s calendar on its side of the wall. That scoping is the platform’s standard per-user, per-org model, not a calendar-only setting.

Do showings really appear automatically?

When a voice agent books the appointment on a call, the event is created on the calendar with the property, the agent, and the reminder attached — before the call ends. Hand-booked events work the same way; the point is that nobody re-types what the system already knows.
