Quote-led vendors (Rechat, Brivity, and others) are omitted rather than guessed — see their compare pages. BrokerDIY figure is the published rate card.

Every pre-filled figure comes from our published comparison pages — published prices tagged green, third-party approximations tagged amber, quote-led vendors left out rather than guessed. The BrokerDIY line is the published rate card.

Straight answers

Calculator questions, answered plainly.

Where do the pre-filled prices come from?

Every pre-filled figure is one we already publish on our comparison pages — vendors’ own published prices are tagged “published,” and figures from third-party reviews are tagged “≈ third-party” with the same label we use site-wide. Each option links to its full comparison page. When a vendor is quote-led, we say so instead of guessing.

Why does BrokerDIY appear as a flat line?

Because it is one: the Team plan is $349/mo flat for up to 10 seats with $0 setup, month-to-month — the same ratified rate card published on our pricing page. Whether that’s cheaper depends on your stack; the calculator shows both numbers and lets you decide.
