It’s also quote-only: Inside Real Estate doesn’t publish pricing, so what you pay depends on what you negotiate. Here’s what third parties report teams actually paying in 2026, and how to sanity-check the quote.
The short answer
No public rate card exists. Third-party guides consistently place kvCORE/BoldTrail at roughly $300–$499 per user per month, with teams commonly quoted $500–$1,500+/month and brokerage/enterprise deployments above that. One notable exception: eXp Realty’s “CRM of Choice” program includes BoldTrail (alongside Lofty and Cloze) in its standard agent fee, per eXp’s own announcements — worth knowing if you’re an eXp agent reading this.
What drives a kvCORE/BoldTrail quote
- Users. Per-user pricing at team scale is the biggest multiplier.
- Website and lead-gen packages. The IDX consumer website platform and lead generation are typically bundled or sold separately — ask which you’re getting.
- Setup and onboarding. Enterprise deployments commonly carry implementation fees.
- Contract length. Annual commitments are common in this tier; ask what month-to-month costs if it’s available at all.
